Patna AIC – Instructions – Information:

1. The C.W.C. will be held a Patna T.R.C. on 07.11.2009.
2. The Conference will commence at 10.00 sharp on 08.11.2009.
3. The Open Session will be held at 16.00 hours on 09.11.2009.
4. The Conference will conclude on 10.11.2009.
5. The Delegate/Visitor fee is Rs.300/- per head.
6. The accommodation is arranged near the venue.
7. All concern should intimate number of delegates/visitors to the G.S. and Secretary, Reception Committee at the earliest.
8. Advertisement for Souvenir and payment should be remitted to the G.S. New Delhi.
9. Proposal for constitutional amendment if any may be sent to CHQ.
10. Hon’ble Ministers, President INTUC, CMD BSNL, Sr. Officers and Trade Unions are invited to the Conference.
