	The BSNL HQ issued Office order No: 1-22/2009-PAT (BSNL) Dated 20.05.2009 stating that competent authorities has decided to pay two months basic pay as interest free advance which is in addition to four months basic pay already paid and HRA w.e.f.27.02.2009 based upon population and dispensing payment of CCA w.e.f. 27.05.2009 in three categories..
