	Through our letter dated 23-5-09, FNTO has taken up the following issues with the management Not to suspend the CCA till the transport allowance is revised To revise the date of effect for payment of HRA at revised rates to 1-9-2008 (instead of 27-2-2009) To circulate the list of cities/towns which are coming under X, Y & Z category and also the cities given special dispensation without linking the population in the govt. order.
